Great central location. Helpful staff. Cool restaurants nearby. Comfortable room, though tended to be too warm. Gym equipment not well maintained (stationary bike and elliptical); no cleaning equipment, unlike every other gym I’ve ever been to! Floor mats not clean. Sauna out of order- disappointing! Overall, a good stay.

If you’re just looking for a place with a great location, this hotel might work, but be prepared for lower standards when it comes to comfort and service. The hotel itself was a big letdown. The photos on the website were misleading, as the actual condition of the hotel was far from what was advertised. The room was outdated and not well-maintained. During our stay, towels were never changed, which was surprising for a 3-day stay, and housekeeping was minimal at best. While we loved the convenience of the area, the lack of basic cleanliness and upkeep really affected our overall experience.

I really like the location not being too far from public transportation. The room and interiors were clean and comfortable. I just wasn't sure whether the shower room was supposed to have an air vent.

The K and K hope hotel opera in Budapest has a great location. Unfortunately, for the price it’s not worth it, TheI reception desk only had two people working with always a huge back up of people needing help.They are understaffed! At breakfast, my plate was Some picked up picked picked up Before I had a chance to eat it, so that the large number of people from groups could have that table. I would not stay here again…… Especially for the price.

Next to the Budapest Opera, 1 minute walk from the "retro" fairy-tale "small metro" stop. excellent location in the center of the city. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is professional, the staff at the reception welcome the guest pleasantly.

The most perfect hotel, location, absolutely ideal. If you wish to visit Budapest, this is the best location and ideal hotel at a reasonable price for great service and extremely comfortable beds :)

Staff in hotel is very friendly and helpfull. The room we initially get was a little dark and air cinditioner didn't work properly. But lucky for us they disciver proplem with the water pipe and upgrade us to room on 5th floor wich was much better and prpoper air conditioner. It was just in time for 35 C outside. Breakfast is good and plenty of tables are always available. 3 coffee machines, so you never have to wait in line. The hotel meet all our expectations for the price.
