Feeling like a home away from home .
We stayed at the establishment for 4 nights . It is actually like an air B&B stay when we were asked to pay the extra cleaning fee for the stay . We were totally fine with that only if there were daily housekeeping and the towels were changed every day . Everything with the establishment was good like the daily tasty breakfast included . And the hotel location is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to a metro stop . All the employees were very helpful and friendly , especially Eva and another cleaning woman whose name I forgot . Will seriously think about coming back to this hotel next time when coming to Budapest again .

The property was old and needed redecorating. The view was of a wall. No city view. Lots of things needed replacing and breakfast was a hit and miss affair.

After I reserved this hotel on line I received an e mail immediately telling me that this is NOT a hotel , they don’t have a reception, I need to call ahead of time to arrange for someone to come and give us the room. Also we if we arrive after 8 pm there will be a 20 euro penalty and if you arrive after midnight there is no one to meet you and you will not have a room

We've been here for 5 nights with our kids and are quite happy with our visit. Description and photoes represent the reality well. Owners/straff are friendly and helpful. I see that some people had issues with check-in, but we had none, just followed the instructions: messaged the arrival time and called when landed. Room is OK, both beds were comfy and we had no issues with the bathroom. Breakfast is basic, don't expect luxuries. Worked for us and our kids. The only potential problem is that windows are quite big, old and seemingly not properly isolated, so it may get a bit cold during winter months. Overall, good value for money.

Location mit Charakter
Tolle Location mit Charakter. Altbau mit Hinterhof. Viele Cafés und Restaurants drumherum. Man sollte sich allerdings ein zweites Handtuch mitnehmen. Auf dem Zimmer bekommt man nur eins. ;) Wir würden wiederkommen.

Lage top - Rest flop
Die Lage ist super. Die Raumgröße auch. Die Betten sind alt und abgelegen. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war dürftig. Den Toaster musste man während des Vorgangs selber gedrückt halten. Das Obst war zum Teil angegammelt. Da das Buffet sehr überschaubar war, hätte man sich minimale Abwechslung gewünscht. Kein Honig, kein Schokoladenaufstrich. Einzig das frische Gemüse ist zu loben. Insgesamt ist diese Erfahrung unter dem Durchschnitt und enttäuschend. Da viele der genannten Dinge einfach nachzubessern sind, finde ich eine Veröffentlichung meiner Bewertung kontraproduktiv, denn die Unterkunft hat Potential. Viele Grüße, Matej

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
