Dear Peter, Thank you for your feedback, our guests' opinions are important to us, so we were glad to read that you were satisfied with the staff of the hotel. We are sorry to hear that you have not been fully satisfied with our hotel due to inadequate cleanliness and the condition of the building. Please accept our sincere apologies. We can assure you that we will take the appropriate steps to improve our services in this regard as well. Unfortunately, only a few of our colleagues speak German, but in the future, we will try to employ people who speak several languages.
