3 nights at the lovely Dorothea! Location was excellent, and walked to many sights, Opera House, Jewish Quarter, Market, Castle area, Parliament building. And one of the Christmas markets and many name brand stores just steps away. Loved our stay here.

Loved my stay at the Dorothea! Friendly and welcoming staff, reception staff were always willing to help us with any queries. The room was lovely and had stunning views from the balcony unto the garden/ restaurant area. Spa and pool were great too. Will definitely recommend and visit again in the future!

All in all, not good.
The hotel itself is beautiful and Spa service is amazing but rest unfortunately is just the opposite. Service at main reception is incredibly slow and staff is fake polite, who don’t really care. We arrived early and knew checkin isn’t until 3pm, so we booked a massage and asked if we can get room 15mins earlier but got it at 3.30pm. We didn’t mind much and thought these things can happen. Ordered 2 drinks from there bar, which took over 30mins to arrive so we cancelled (me and my wife were the only 2 at the time and they had 2 staff members). Had similar experience at bar in the evening and our guests were told off rudely to sit and wait. The breakfast was amazing but again the wait was incredible as we didn’t get our coffees for over 30mins again. All others guests at breakfast were also frustrated due to slow service and a table next to us just left in anger. I’d suggest if you like 5* hotels with great service, there are plenty others to choose from but miss this one.

Great hotel
I’ve stayed at hotel for 3 days. It’s very new facilities and no stress while staying. If I allowed to say only one negative thing is I requested breakfast boxes because I needed to leave early due to flight time but I couldn’t receive the box by hotel side mistake. Other than that, I felt comfy and I want to start this hotel again if I have chance to be there.
