The Hotel and staff has been so far great. But the parking is awful. If you decide to stay here, fly to bucaramanga, do not drive. It is confusing, there was no parking, there was a traffic jam to get in the parking lot. It took us 10 to 15 minutes to locate and park. And once you are done, you have to walk thru the mall, walk outside the mall and access the hotel.

A beautiful place but the staff members at the front desk were very rude. No one was there to help with bags when we arrived, the staff members most of the time would look at us and start laughing. No one would say hello they would not even greet you. You say thank you to them and they don't even acknowledge it. Terrible terrible.

I love the fact that the hotel shares the same building with Cacique's shopping mall: you have all services you require without venturing too far. For those who enjoy running or are traveling for business this is the place, only few meters from the athletics stadium and Bucaramanga's convention center. I would come back every time I had the chance.

People are very polite, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is located on top of a shopping center with a wide variety of products from clothing to shoe stores, a movie theater, a casino, and food court. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant and an expectacular bar by the poolside with an even more expectacular view of the city and mountains.
