In brief, the ground floor consists of a homely lounge, well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, separate dining room, and a conservatory overlooking the rear garden, making this a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.

There is 1 double bedroom on this floor, as well as a downstairs shower room with w.c. ideal for guests that may have mobility issues.

The first floor boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms - 1 Super King bedroom with en-suite, 2 King bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds plus a large family bathroom.

To the rear of the property is a large lawned garden, backing onto tranquil open countryside.

Guests have access to the entire property, apart from the garage.

There is private off-road parking for approx. 5 cars.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
