The facility is pretty good. Staff was friendly.
However, there was no breakfast as advertised on Expedia because the hotel restaurant was short of staff.
We never saw anyone at the reception. The key was in an envelope taped to the counter. In the middle of nowhere, it would have been nice to feel a little more secure too. The doors are unlocked 24hrs. The room being small was not a big issue, but the bathroom falling apart was. The fridge was really tiny and no freezer, and was not working very well.
The location is good.
TV didnt work and when I asked the front desk to have it fixed he said since few days ago he is seeing an error in all other TVs and doesnt know what it is. He was though very fine and polite gentelman.
Bathroom floor was dirty and definitly the shower was greasy enough that i had to be carefull not slipping.
I say again the location is fine and the front desk was very polite.
This lodge kind of gives a fancy trailerpark vibe and is definitely a MOTEL, but I liked my stay all the same. The property has the air of recent renovations with updated decor and noticeable refurbishments. (My bathroom had cracked tiles and missing chunks out of the counter but a really nice tile shower stall.) Check in was easy and this place is 8 minutes away from the park. Personally I found the bed too hard, but maybe a firm mattress sleeper might enjoy it. As long as you're not paying exorbitant prices, this clean and quiet motel is a great little stay.
This motel was fine for what we needed - somewhere to rest for the night after and before exploring Bryce. And the price was unbeatable. It did feel like we were staying in an old dorm room. The door didn’t fit so there was space around it showing light both ways and the bed felt old and like it could fall down at any point. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Renovated property. Minimal space and amenities, decor was updated, but bathroom was rough and minimal. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Probably would look for another option to stay next time. Property was equivalent to the price. Restaurant next door had a very limited and expensive menu. Ruby Inn Buffet was great...down the road.
Young woman at front desk was great. Friendly, and helpful. Rec’d several restaurants. A great place to stay for hiking at Bryce . Like a clean stay at summer camp.

The first room we were given had a toilet that flushed but no running water for the sink or shower. The second room had running water in the sink and shower but once the toilet was flushed we had to refill it with a water bottle as even leaving the toilet overnight, it did not refill. Bed was very comfortable. Minimal front desk staffing. Had to wait for someone to show up for check-in and no one there at check-out.
Toilet didn’t flush in the first room we were booked in. 2nd room we were transferred in still looked dirty. The hot shower didn’t last more than 3-5 minutes. We killed a huge black spider crawling on the floor. I saw some hair on the bed. For $125/night, this is a huge mistake. Should have stayed at the Best Western in town.
