Bryce Canyon Park visit
This stay was awful. Check in was chaos. They didn’t find our 1 of our 2 room reservations and later found it after charging our friends. The room was in such poor condition we asked for another and it was nearly as bad. Friends’ room the same. Stained carpet, rusted shower rod, broken chairs, plugged toilets, chipped paint in all the rooms. Green pool and spa. DO NOT stay here. Can’t believe that Hotels.com is promoting this hotel.

Nice size rooms. Bathroom was 2 rooms. It had an outer area with double sinks and an inner area with a tub and potty. There was a sitting area with two chairs. TV was hung in an ackward position . Hard to see except from one bed. It was clean but tired.

It was a very nice stay for us. We were looking for something clean and not expensive, as we were gone most of the time. The beds were comfortable and it was clean except for the carpet. It needed to be cleaned. Because it is an older hotel, there were limited electrical outlets, but we had sufficient for our needs. The staff was very friendly. The pool was still out of order (I had seen in an earlier review that it was not working). However the hot tub was working.

Stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean but dated. Bed was fairly comfortable. AC window unit was a little loud. View was of cluttered field. Great place if visiting BCNP and just need a place to sleep and bath. Pool was not working, tho. Restaurant on property was pretty good too. Staff very friendly. If you are budget conscious, this is it!

I really wanted to like this motel. We got in late, and they were nice enough to accommodate that. The rooms were mostly clean, but the place is dated. Not in a cute vintage way. Just tired looking. Our bathroom didn’t have any towel bars, the rooms smelled like a grandmothers house. The clock radio was blinking about 4 hours off. Carpet was stained and the air conditioner did not work well and was loud. When I went to check out in the morning the two young ladies at the desk did not ask how my stay was, did not smile. Just not what you expect when hospitality is your livelihood. Over all, meh. That’s about as much as I can say.

Disappointing stay
We booked this place based on the expectation of having wifi and a pool (as described in the listing) but neither of them was available, which made the stay inconvenient. Because the room was booked through Hotels.com staff didn't care or offered any compensation/discount. Room was spacious and clean.
