Disappointing
There was no way to retain water in the bathtub shower combination to take a bath. I guess that was good because upon getting in the shower, I noticed that there were hairs on the soap dispenser and on the side. Even though I put out the please make up the room sign on the door every morning because I had run out of clean towels, I never received any service in the room the entire four day stay. The refrigerator and the air conditioning system made a very loud clicking noise throughout the night. The TV was not working.

The smell and look of this Hotel is terrible. It look like a Roach motel and we ask for our money back and they refused. Never again will I stay at a Best Western This place should be for Truckers on the Road only.

I liked how close by to major grocery stores and pharmacies it was nearby in case anything happened and if I needed something. Very clean hotel and the breakfast was really good. I highly recommend and would book again if in the area again.
