Remodeled and boasts mid century modern decor with flat screen tv’s. Luxury amenities include: stainless gas range, dishwasher, quartz counter tops, washer/dryer, double tile shower, and queen beds. Under 10 minutes to Texas A&M and 6 minutes to Historic Downtown Bryan.

One of the most unique properties in Bryan/College Station. This home is high design but extremely comfortable. You will want to make it your “go to” place in Aggieland. The property lies in a quiet neighborhood mid-way between Texas A&M and historic downtown Bryan. Bright, Comfortable, and Stylish.
