This charming retreat is the perfect destination for Aggie football weekends, Ring Weekend celebrations, or graduation festivities. With its prime location and inviting atmosphere, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Aggieland.
This beautiful home features three bedrooms, along with an additional sleeping loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, offering ample space for family and friends. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area that captures the essence of Texas charm. The room is adorned with plush couches and a large-screen TV, complemented by abundant natural light pouring in through the windows. The open floor plan fosters togetherness, making it easy to engage in cozy conversations or host lively gatherings. A well-stocked bookshelf adds to the allure, offering reading material, classic games like dominoes and cards, as well as jigsaw puzzles and brain-teasing nanograms for your enjoyment.
After a day of exploring Aggieland, retreat to the expansive dining table comfortably seating eight. Barstools for added seating, make it perfect for shared meals and memories. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring elegant dark granite countertops, new appliances, and a large island with additional bar stools for easy meal prep and serving. Equipped with bakeware and a mixology set, this kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure.
The cozy primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a king-size bed and direct access to the backyard. Its en-suite bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub and ample closet space, ensuring comfort and convenience. Each bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with amenities like body wash, shampoo, and hand cream, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each uniquely charming. The second bedroom, known as The Paris Room, features a full-size bed and calming colors, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom to The Safari Room, which boasts a king-sized bed and a TV. Completing the upstairs is the cozy loft, designed with a cottage ambiance enhanced by lantern lighting and a trundle bed.
Step outside to discover a large, inviting deck adorned with two outdoor table sets and overhead string lights that create a festive atmosphere for evening gatherings. A spacious park-like backyard, filled with mature trees, offers the perfect setting for grilling steaks or burgers, enjoying music, or catching up with friends over a glass of wine. If you're in the mood for a meal out, nearby eateries like Porters Steakhouse, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy Burgers, Mo's Irish Pub, and The Canteen are sure to satisfy. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guest may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
