We had no wifi the entire time, we were moved accommodation due to a teachnical error and the second apartment was worse than the one we originally paid for

-Kontakt zu Smartflats über Mail uns WhatsApp war okay, bekamen immer zeitnah Antwort

-Lage perfekt für Sightseeing, jedoch sehr sehr laute und belebte Gegend. Polizei direkt in der Straße, ständig Sirenen…
-Bett und Schlafsofa für zwei Nächte ausreichend
Negativ:
-Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht
-sehr sehr schmales Treppenhaus
-etwas schmuddelig (Bettwäsche und Handtücher fleckig, Schlafsofa schmutzig…) kein Besen oder Handfeger vorhanden
-keine Dusche (Duschkopf-Attrappe)
-offene Revisionsklappe im Bad
-sehr kalt und zugig (Heizung ging nicht, Fenster einfachverglast)
-nicht genug Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen
-sehr hellhörig (man hörte nachts jedes Wort der Nachbarn und Bässe aus naheliegenden Bars und Clubs)
-Steckdosen teilweise ohne Funktion
-Fernseher ohne Funktion
-trotz zeitnaher Antworten von Smartflats teilweise fragwürdige Antworten auf Anfragen und Bitten
Brüssel gern mal wieder, aber wir würden nicht mehr bei Smartflats buchen.

Mi aventura en smartflat comenzó el dia de antes de coger mi vuelo. Me enviaron un mensaje cambiando mi apartamento de al lado de la gran place por uno mas lejano sin explicaciones cuando mi reserva estaba pagada y confirmada desde haciaa mucho tiempo.
A 1h de coger mi vuelo no me habían enviado los codigos de acceso al apartamento. Tuve que llamar porque salir de viaje con 2 niñas pequeñas sin tener asegurado donde vamos a dormir y teniendo en cuenta que llegabamos de noche no era plan y hay que tener en cuenta que hay que comunicarse con ellos en ingles porque no hablan español.
Al llegar al nuevo apartamento nos encontramos que el apartamento es un 5 piso, el ascensor no funciona hace meses y se sube por una escalera de caracol con 2 niñas pequeñas sus correspondientes carritos y las maletas de la familia.
Al acceder al apartamento nos encontramos con la barra cortina medio caidas, con el peligro que le caiga a alguien en la cabeza.el lavavajillas no funciona, no hay escoba ni fregona. No hay tv aunque en la oferta estaba.
La duxa esta enverdecida y con mucha cal.
Hay un numero para llamar. Llamamos todos los días nos dicen que pasan el reporte pero ni vino nadie ni arreglaron nada.
