The front desk personnel were not helpful, they did not answer the phone or prioritize issues with the room and internet Additionally they were not understanding about a delayed arrival They gave away our room and put us in a twin room

Nice, new hotel near airport. Everything was excellent except for the lack of a shuttle to and from the airport. No restaurants nearby but food in the hotel restaurant was fine.

It was sufficient for a short trip. It had been advertised with a gym / fitness centre: this didn’t turn out to be the case. This was a huge miss. They could easily have rectified this. The staff were great.

Hotel parking lot was pain. required access and exit codes over and over again making guests to walk back to lobby for access and exit codes to park your car and exit from lot. very annoying.
