We recently stayed at the Citybox Brussels hotel, and here are some of the observations. I get that the hotel is budget friendly, and I am ok with basic accommodations and limited amenities, but there were just too many issues during our stay to consider staying here again.
Pros:

- Great location with easy access to restaurants, sites and public transportation
- Easy and quick self service check in and check out
- Friendly staff (when we requested to change rooms, it was done on the spot)
- Separate space for hotel guests with amenities like laundromat, kitchen, hang out space (TV and table tennis) and a conference room
- Housekeeping service
- Extra towels available upon request (and they will be needed since they extra thin)
- Comfortable bed

- One side of the hotel faces a busy street and a tram line, so it can get pretty loud. When we changed rooms, the new room was facing a quiet street.
