Good Value Stay
This hotel was a good value. If you do not like spending a lot of money and want a good stay, this is the place for you. The beds were comfortable. There were a few cleanliness issues. The side table needed to be wiped down better and the room had an odd smell. I think it was just our room, because there was a dehumidifier outside of our room and evidence of moisture. The room was perfectly acceptable for our family. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The sweet lady who puts out breakfast was lovely and she had her sister socializing with the guests.

Unfortunately I was there during the Helene Hurricane but the staff was very helpful and did what they could during the power outage and storm conditions. When things leveled out everything went back to normal prior the storm. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance.

We did not stay at the hotel. After we checked in with the front desk, once the attendant showed up (who was not very professional and spoke very little English), we carried all of our things up the stairs because there was no elevator. We opened the door to the room and were immediately disgusted by the smell (which smelled like a nursing home or a mortuary), the A/C unit was loud and clanky, there was stains and nasty stuff on the comforter and the overall cleanliness of the room was not suitable for sleeping/staying in! We immediately went back down stairs to check out and leave. We talked to the front desk attendant to get a FULL REFUND for the room! He told us that there was nothing he could do because it was booked through a third party (Hotels.com). Needless to say… I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It is more of a rent by the hour type of hotel than a family friendly place to stay. If I could rate this in the negative I most certainly would, but I cannot so I will give it ZERO STARS out of five. We are demanding a FULL REFUND to our credit card!!
