We could not check in as the computer seemed to be down and the employee behind the desk was getting very agitated and cursing out loud. Scaring many of us guests. The guests in the lobby were either trying to check in or had issues with their room keys and couldn’t get back in their rooms. We left and went to another hotel as we didn’t want to stay there under those conditions. The employee didn’t try calling anyone. He was just hanging on the keyboard, grunting and cursing out loud. Scary situation

Not what we'd expected
We've stayed here four previous times and thoroughly enjoyed it. This time was disappointing. Our main concern and surprise was the bathroom. There were fresh, folded towels, but the toilet seat was up, there was a crumpled piece of paper in the bowl, and when the seat was put down, there was a human hair on it. There were a few spots of dried mud/dirt on the shower floor, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. It was definitely not what we'd experienced in our other stays.
