My history/price at a Wyndham had been great! I was calling to speak with staff regarding blocking off other rooms, the only clerk that was available was not professional or warm as he kept saying WHAT, AND NEVER SAID THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US, OR GAVE HIS NAME, THEN FINALLY SAID ONLY THE MANAGER COULD DISCUSS THAT WHO IS INLY THERE EARLY MORNINGS!!!! I had a king reserved but after checking in, it was at that time that I realized and was told there was NOT AN ELVATOR ALL LING ROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS AND THE PROPERTY IS BOT HANDICAP OR SENIOR FRIENDLY!!!!! upon getting that revelation, being 70 years old and still healing from knee surgery, I had to go back to charge the room to a queen on the bottom floor for convenience, Then I could not get the door open and had to return again. At was told the key was okay, the clerk came out and had to force the stuck door to open and said I would have to PUSH IT HARDER WITH MY SHOULDERS that is weak from a fall I had that damaged my lower back and entire left side some months earlier. Though there was an ice bucket, THERE WAS NO ICE AVAILABLE ON PROPERETY AND WE HAD TO GO PURCHASE A BAG AT A STORE!!! i HAD TO CHANGE THE TOILET TISSUE ROLL AND THERE WAS FIFTH UNDERNEATH THE ONE I PULLED OUT, THE FACETS HARDWARE WAS VERY TATNISHED AND OLD LOOKING, EVEN AFTER I TRIED TO CLEAN IT MUSELF FOR BEFORE TOUCHING THEM AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, AS I WAS PLUGGING IN MY PHONE, AS I WAS STANDING THERE A SMALL ROACH WAS SIGHTED NEAR THE PLUG CRAWING!!!
