It was a nice modern Hotel, I was on the top floor in a single bed which was quite small, would've been nice to have a duvet that was slightly bigger than the bed. On checkout they asked me to pay €16 for city tax, but instead of ringing up €16 the receptionist rang up €518 which I luckily spotted, if I had touched on to the card reader I'm sure I would've struggled to get my money back. No apology from him which isn't really nice to be fair, but I've still given them good marks!

A great stay.
The hotel is in a great location right by municipal parking. It’s within walking distance to all the historic sites if Brugge. The rooms are modern and clean. Very quiet.

Hard to park, saw a hair on the bedding. We received a broken bed in a room with 2 queen beds (technically not 2 queen beds, each queen was made by 2 twin beds combined, so 4 twin beds total, one of the twin beds was broken). The hotel was like: can’t give you any refund because you book from Expedia; room is alright to sleep 3 people so the broken bed doesn’t matter. They offer a discount for next stay, but we don’t have a plan to visit bruges again.

The toilet arrangement in the room left a lot to be desired. The toilet had an opaque glass door and was situated level at the head end of the bed.The toilet area was far to small for any hope of comfort or privacy. Rest of the room was good. Tall lady receptionist was extremely helpful with a slight emergency and went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with our problem. So well done Portinari

Rooms are very modern. Perfectly situated just seconds from bars and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk from the main plaza area. Staff is very friendly. They even helped us out when we made a mistake with our booking. Can’t recommend it enough.

Loved the hotel and staff but was shocked by the bathroom amenities. It is all open concept. There is no door to the shower area. Our room was set up with a small private toilet room (with door). And then the shower was open concept with glass window. There was a privacy shade but you could still see through slightly. All rooms are this way. Can be awkward - was traveling with friends. But we managed. Otherwise good hotel. Probably would not stay again just because of the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was very close to everything you need. The area is safe and clean and you can walk everywhere. The staff was excellent. Only downfall was room did not get very cool and there was a lighting issue. Not a big deal though as everything else about the hotel made up for it.
