This modern detached holiday home for a maximum of 12 people is centrally located in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse, near Zell am See and Kaprun and on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland.

The holiday home offers a large living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, both furnished in Austrian style, 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a complete terrace with barbecue. Relax in your own private sauna (bathrobes and sauna towels are provided), which is located in the garden. The house also has a ski storage room, a washing machine and plenty of parking spaces.

Whether summer or winter, Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse is the ideal holiday destination for all outdoor activities. The quaint village is centrally located in Salzburgerland and directly on the Salzach and in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes, hiking and mountain bike routes and outdoor pools. Visit the Grossglocknerstrasse, the Kaprun glacier, the Krimml waterfalls and the cozy center of Zell am See with the famous Zeller See.

The ski bus is 150m away and takes you within 5 minutes to the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn, the Schmittenhöhe ski area, the family ski mountain Maiskogel or the snow-sure glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn with a total of over 150 kilometers of slopes. There is also a lift connection to the neighboring Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 cable cars and lifts.

Directly in the town, in Zell am See or in Kaprun there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Horrible stay at this Holiday Home
First of the pictures are very misleading, you would think this holiday home is isolated but its far from that. It's right next to a giant hotel and a translation just 100 feet away. That really wasn't what we expected. Next no Heating for two full days, after we complained they said some technician will come(He never came) after complaining again the hotel owner swiftly came by and just turned the fuse on for the heating. Really makes me question why they couldn't have done this before we arrived. Then the owner apparently told my son we have to pay a cleaning fee which he unfortunately forgot to tell me, the next day the owner came by furious telling us to either pay right this second or you have mins to get out of this place and she will calling the cops and throwing us out. She was definitely right for demanding the money but not like this while we were trying to enjoy our meal and still 4 days until we leave the house. Lastly and most importantly the title and the description of the home says it has a sauna. Every normal person would think the sauna is inside the house that is advertised. But that's just not the case, the sauna is located next to the hotel about 300 feet from the home advertised. Also the sauna is not located inside the hotel, it' an outdoor sauna which is fine when you're with your family in an isolated place but this sauna is for a big hotel for everyone to use. So it was just not an option for us ladies to use. To summarize don't book this place if you want to get what you paid for and value your and your family's comfort.

Mooi ruim huis.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Mooi huis en elke slaapkamer heeft een douche en toilet. Bij het hotel heerlijk gegeten en van een ontbijtbuffet gebruik gemaakt op de dag van vertrek.

Heerlijk!!
We hebben met ons gezin met 8 volwassenen 2 kinderen en 2 baby’s een fijne week doorgebracht in dit huis. Ieder een eigen badkamer en toilet, gebruik kunnen maken v sauna en hottub naast ‘t hotel (wel tegen betaling) ..met auto naar dichtstbijzijnde skilift ging ook goed.

We werden netjes ontvangen. Skiraum van het hotel heeft schoenwarmers en konden we gebruiken. Na binnenkomst heb je in de gang 5 slaapkamers. 6de slaapkamer grenst aan de keuken/woonkamer. Lekkere ruime woonkamer. Kinderbedje en stoel waren aanwezig! Een extra koelkast zou fijn zijn. De supermarkt zit verder weg dus een auto is wel een must.

Aufteilung der Zimmer ok. Küche für 12 Personen grenzwertig. Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist unzureichend. Gut ist die Anzahl der Bäder.

Renovierungsbedürftig...
Ferienhaus direkt neben einem Hotel, Parkplätze häufig durch Hotelgäste belegt. Gesamte Haustechnik veraltet, z. T. defekt. Heizung besteht aus Nachtspeicheröfen, diese sind nicht regulierbar. Badezimmer nur durch elektrische Lüfter, z. T. auch ohne Heizung.. daher sehr kalt. Übrige Möbel und Technik ebenfalls z. T. defekt. Für 12 mögliche Gäste viel zu kleiner Essbereich.
