The living room area has a queen-size and full-size sleeper sofa. The over-sized laundry has a half-bath and private door to the pool area. French back doors open to the outdoor patio and pool area, creating a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The TEXAS-Sized primary suite features a king-size bed, 65” TV, and en-suite bathroom with combined tub and shower, dual vanities with sinks, and a freestanding glass-enclosed shower outfitted with 2 showerheads and a rainfall showerhead. The secondary is magnificent in both size & style with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, a 50” TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and walk-in closet.
