Quiet, private, and gorgeous views.
The Tower in the Clouds is BY FAR our favorite VRBO that we've ever rented. It's on the top of a peak and provides a beautiful 360 degree view of the mountains. This are of the state has very low light pollution, so the property is phenomenal for star gazing. In addition, we arrived during a period of heavy snow. Andy and Debbie stayed in constant communication with us about conditions and even sent extremely detailed directions with pin drops of spots to look out for in the snow. We got our vehicle stuck, and they contacted a local that helped us get out. All-in-all, our family regularly rents through VRBO and this property has been our absolute favorite as far as the house, the location, the owners' communication, everything. We can't say enough great things about this place.

Amazing!
This cabin has the best views outside of the State Park. The cabin itself and the location of the cabin is unique and beautiful. My wife absolutely loved it. From now on, any time I plan to visit Broken Bow area, I will definitely be renti g one of the 4 cabins at Bear Creek.

Amazing views
Property was exactly as described. Especially about the type of vehicle needed to get to the property so make sure you read that part. You definitely need at least 8 inches of clearance. Parts of the drive up is bumpy but the reward is the view. Owners were amazing and quick to respond on any questions.

Excellent view, Beware the stairs.
Overall the cabin is wonderful. It is cozy, the views are wonderful and its very quiet. However the stairs are very steep. This cabin has 2 livable areas on the second and third floor. The exterior stairs are well lit and plank construction with about a 10 inch per step rise. The interior stairs have about a 12 inch rise and the only light swith for the stairwell is at the top on the third floor. Would not recommend this cabin to older folks or anyone with a knee injury. You will have to carry all of yiur luggage and groceries up on flight at least. Be aware and enjoy it for what it has to offer.

Stars so bright
Last minute trip with my three kids and our fur baby. The description was on point of the cabin and the roads. 5 miles and took us about 40 minutes to get to the cabin but so worth it . We were being extra careful and drove about 5 mph.The kids enjoy the off roads experience. Once we got to the cabin, the views was out of this world. We posted pictures and people was messaging me to get to the link of the place. Yes, the stars at night are so bright. Would love to come back again.

Serenity Perfection
Andy and Debbie were excellent, friendly hosts, quick to respond if needed! Not only did they provide thorough and helpful information concerning the property and amenities but they also shared helpful information, of varied interests, for the surrounding area. The cabin, the views and night sky were absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what we wanted for a quiet, secluded retreat! But we also took advantage of the many trails, the lake and nearby fishing when we chose to! Thank you Andy and Debbie for sharing it all!

The only negative was the limitation on the a/c keeping it at or above 72. Probably wouldn’t stay here again during the hotter parts of the year. Loved the remote location and the views.

Anniversary Getaway
We loved our stay so much we dreaded leaving. Please make sure to look at all the requirements for staying. You definitely need a truck, SUV, or Jeep to get to the beautiful oasis at the very top of the mountain. It was so peaceful and had gorgeous views. I would suggest bringing a few extra towels, hand towels, and wash clothes if you expect to stay over a couple of days. There isn't a washer or dryer, although there was a laundry mat in Broken Bow, I didn't want to use my time from viewing and exploring everything that Broken Bow offered. There is so much to do that we didn't get to do everything. However, if only two people are on your trip, I highly recommend renting the Slingshot Adventures. Their rates are reasonable, and well worth every penny to tour Broken Bow and the scenic route in. We are planning to make this our anniversary getaway from now on.

Short but Sweet Visit
This was a short few days visit for my wife and I to just chill out.. Not knowing what we were getting into, I only booked the short visit. We booth really enjoyed the house and beautiful views, and now plan to book a longer stay in the future. The trip up the gravel road after leaving the main highway is a little rough, but was highlighted in the advertising, so no surprise. I give this property my highest rating, and as I said, look forward to visiting again in the future. Richard (Aug 20-22, 2024)
