-Management office hours: 9am-5pm Central Time every day (24/7 after hours maintenance contact will be provided upon check-in.)
-Dogs are welcome! Dogs must be housetrained. Dogs not allowed on any furniture. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin. A pet fee of $75 per stay will be charged to help with the additional cleaning needed. This is automatically applied to your nightly rate if you select a pet as one of the guests.
-No third party reservations.
-Fires and open flames including candles are not allowed anywhere on the Premises except in the designated outdoor fire pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Guest will be charged a fine of $250 per occurrence for any open flames outside of designated areas.
-BYO charcoal, fire wood, matches, lighters etc. We can arrange for the delivery of these items and more for an additional fee. Message for more information.
-All three TVs are smart TVs. BYO passwords to log into your favorite streaming services.
-If you prefer a traditional coffee pot to a Keurig, one is provided but BYO coffee and filters.
-The water level in the creek can fluctuate depending on a number of factors.
-After booking, a link will be sent to digitally sign a rental agreement. This agreement must be signed before you will receive the property address and a door code. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on the credit card used to book.
-We have two outdoor security cameras on the property that will be on during your stay. One is on the front porch pointing away from the cabin toward the street. The other is on the far side of the cabin (opposite side from the fire pit area) pointing at the area where the air conditioning unit is.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Ouachita National Forest. A spa tub is available. The cabin includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Great Small Cabin
Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Cabin was as described. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was good. Only one negative to mention. The road is busy, close to the house, and very dusty. Sitting outside was nice, but dust clouds role through every time a car passes.

Just a little R&R
We had a great stay at the cabin! It was very clean, quiet area. Enjoyed watching the deer while sitting on the deck. There are other houses around, but yet seemed very secluded. Was very relaxing stay! Loved the outdoor firepit area, chair swings! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely the highlight. There were plenty of nearby activities and facilities, so going out wasn’t a hassle; we could easily return without carrying much. The host was friendly and welcoming, checking in on us during our stay. For anyone planning to visit, just remember to bring mosquito spray for outdoor activities.

Mason is such a joy to work with. We had an issue with locking the front door and he was very responsive to help us fix it. It was the perfect getaway for my husband & I. Everything was clean & we had everything we needed for our stay. It’s very close to the park & we had a great time kayaking on the lake. We definitely want to go back again & recommend his property.

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I stayed the last week of January. It was a last minute getaway and it was just what we needed. The back porch area was our favorite hang out. The weather was amazing and the accommodations was just what we needed. We will stay at this cabin again!

Great Family Vacation
This cabin is great for families with toddlers! The fire pit and swing area is so relaxing. The hot tub has plenty of privacy, and the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need for cooking, and the forest around the cabin provides great views of wildlife such as the momma deer with her triplets fawns that visited the area. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect getaway
I didn’t realize this property is located in a park and it’s so secluded and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed music and drinks by the campfire and played on the swings! The hot tub was perfect for evening hours. There were plenty of towels and all essentials provided! We’re definitely going to be going back!

The property owner/manager (Mason) is excellent. Everything was as described and communication was spot on. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We would recommend staying here again. We've stayed in many properties so our experience has taught us what is and isn't a good place to stay and/or return to. It's truly nice when you stay at a property that you can tell the owner takes pride in, and has high standards so that their guests have the best experience as possible. This is one of those. Thank you for being part of our amazing time in the area and making our stay great. I've been coming here for 37 years and brought my family here as well, and still do.

Great cabin, very kid friendly!
This cabin is very toddler friendly. Just bring a mesh gate and zip ties for the patio if you want to keep littles contained. Other than that, it doesn't have a lot of knick knacks for children to get into. The outdoor areas are very nice, and the hot tub is very enjoyable. It was easy to find, and close to the lake and hochatown. Maybe bring a soft mattress cover if you need a softer bed, but everything was very clean, and the water pressure was great! Would definitely stay here again. The manager was prompt with communication.

Everything from beginning to end was great!! Super fast communication with the property owner and very helpful answering all my questions. The cabin was exactly as described very clean, had everything we needed, and super close to stores, restaurants, water and activities. Will be booking again soon!!
