Serenity - Sea View Duplex - close to the gorgeous scenic town

This lovely, newly refurbished apartment is in a beautiful location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade and a short walk from the main town.
The apartment boasts a sea view from the lounge and a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view.
Below the cliffs lies the sandy beach, Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach, Viking Bay.
An 8 minute walk will get you to Broadstairs town, Viking Bay and the many wonderful pubs, restaurants and boutiques.
It has a private porch and entrance door, a stair case takes you to the lounge/diner with a smart TV and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine.
Another stair case will then take you to the bathroom, with a bath and over bath shower and 2 bedrooms, one king size with a sea view and 1 twin that can be adapted to make another king size.
Anti allergy pillows, linen, towels are provided. Beach towels can be provided upon request.

There is a small private garden area and chairs are available to use.

Great location
10 minutes walk away from facilites and shopping but also peaceful location just yards away from the beach. Also owner provided a welcome pack that included a bottle of wine, which was very much appreciated. Broadstairs' restaurants seem to improve year on year, the Italian restaurants are particularly good

Property a short walk (10 minutes) from centre of town, but quiet area and right on Stone Bay which is a lovely sandy beach. Would certainly come back
