It is completely unique layout and set-up make this house even more wonderful! It has so much to offer from the great location as it sits within the town and just 150 yards back from the golden sandy beaches of Broadstairs.
The property also has an orangery within it too, which has been set as a second living room, with a glazed spire at the top and long stretching stained glass windows surrounding the walls, with the log burner alight this room is simply amazing! This property has the WOW factor from top to bottom. With three good-sized double bedrooms set across three floors with two bathrooms, one with a claw-footed freestanding bath as well as a shower this property is ideal for a family getaway to the beach! Broadstairs is best known for Charles Dickens and everything Dickens related. Second to that is the long stretches of sandy beaches and the culinary dream of cuisine choice throughout Broadstairs let alone the surrounding towns/villages too. On your doorstep, you have mini golf, escape rooms, stunning walks and views, and lovely coastal cycle routes. There is a mix of great restaurants, wine bars, cafes and traditional pubs in Broadstairs, and we advise trying them all! Broadstairs has great local transport links via train and regular busses to Margate, Ramsgate, Canterbury, Whitstable, Sandwich and Deal for great days out and a variety of family fun things to do!
A timeless family-friendly resort packed with beautiful bays and things to see and do Broadstairs’ spectacular coastline gives you seven sandy beaches and bucket loads of seaside charm. Here, families rediscover the joy of having fun together beside the shore. Central Viking Bay boasts children’s rides and beach huts; rural Botany Bay has photogenic chalk stacks whilst Joss Bay offers a surf school and peaks that have long made wave riders smile. In Broadstairs, you’ll find fishermen’s cottages, clifftop walks and independent shops lining unspoilt streets. The town was Charles Dickens’ favourite holiday spot and his legacy includes the Dickens House Museum. Nearby you’ll find the multi-award winning, costumed, St Peter’s Village Tours. Try your luck and beat the challenges at not one but two escape room venues in the town - The Bank Job, actually in an old bank or The Escapement. Beach 150 yards. Pub and restaurant 70 yards.

Fantastic, quirky cottage with everything you could need. Cosy & cooky in equal measure. The jukebox is a real bonus
