Bayside Retreat is a wonderful, three bedroom family holiday home, offering comfortable accommodation with so much to see and do nearby.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Public car park close by, £5 per day. No smoking.. This lovingly restored home is a great place for all the family or friends. The modern décor has a quirky luxurious feel to it where everything has been thought of and designed to a high specification. The location is everything at Bayside Retreat - the property sits in-between the well-loved Viking Bay and Louisa Bay, so you’re just a stone’s throw from the beach, with a partial sea view admired from the kingsize bedroom.
Using the property’s original feature fireplaces, the living area has a gas fire. The single bedroom has an electric wood burner, adding warmth and ambience to the house. The spacious well-equipped kitchen is a fabulous social zone complete with a breakfast bar and door leading to the terrace garden where you will find outdoor dining facilities on the patio. Three sumptuous bedrooms generously accommodate five guests.
You are spoilt for choice of places to go, being amongst all of Broadstairs traditional cafés, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants. With Bayside Retreat’s envious position, a car is simply not needed here - the train station is just a 10-minute walk away with connections to London for day trips out. For keen walkers and cyclists, there are plenty of routes around the property, with the famous Viking Costal trail nearby. Throughout the year, Broadstairs hosts several events, including the famous Folk Week and Food Festival weekend. For golf lovers, two pristine golf courses in Sandwich are just 13 miles away. Beach 350 yards, shop, restaurant and pub 50 yards.
