It was inconvenient. I got charged by the 3rd party and the hotel twice. Then got charged a pet fee for a week but only stayed for 2 days and they won't refund me for it

The pictures online are not the same as the actual rooms. The property is not very clean and needs a lot of remodeling/upgrades. The room should be a lot cheaper than what they are offered at.

My 1 star is because they gave the room reserved by me to someone else. We needed a room, electric wheelchair accessible and that was included in the information of my reservation. Upon our arrival, they said they did not have one available as it had been given to someone else, but did have one that had only 4 steps. I did not actually see any rooms.

As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake booking this hotel. Even the outside of the building looked rough and poorly kept. The room decor had been updated but the walls were dingy and needed repairs and paint. The bathroom was very dated. Visibly dirty and poorly kept. My sheets had a yellow stain so I slept on a towel over the sheet. I was thankful we only slept there and got back on the road.

Do not stay here unless you are desperate
This shabby hotel is so run down it’s am embarrassment to the Super 8 and Wyndham brand. Carpet is beyond worn and partly threadbare, cockroach in the shower, breakfast crumbs on the lobby floor at 5 pm, people talking on the stairs inside at 11 pm, slamming doors at 6 am, just sad state. I didn’t even stay over the second night, I packed up and left. Clerk is a nice lady, but this well beyond her ability to manage without a change of everything. At least sheets were clean.

The whole hotel smelled bad. The lady at the desk was not very presentable or friendly. Bugs in room and in the hallway. We checked back out and went elsewhere.

the bathroom one and only light went out during the night also the lamp across from the bathroom was out. This made for a very misarable stay so we could not even get ready in the morming there was no one at the desk the next morning to talk too just a note giving a phone number if you needed to speak to the clerk.
