The property was clean amd i loved they accepted pets. They had a small walking area. I liked the breakfast and convenient parking. The person above me stomped around in the morning which was not the best ;).

Excellent Hotel Stay
We have stayed here several times over the years, and it’s always clean and comfortable at a fair price. The service was excellent, and now that we’re dog owners, it has the added bonus of being pet friendly!

It was a good, clean hotel. But the reception guy shouldn't work with people. He was not friendly, like i came to his own house to live for free and eat his own food for free.

This hotel did the job, but definitely not as nice as the pictures. It needs a revamp, very old and dated overall. Doors, fixtures etc all had significant wear and tear. Also no sound proofing whatsoever felt like I was on the shoulder of the highway so barely slept on my 20 hour car ride break. I did appreciate they were pet friendly for a reasonable fee. Sheets and room were also very clean, bed was definitely newer and was comfortable.

Abingdon Comfort Inn is the best!
We stay here twice a year. Will, the night manager, always remembers us. Will is professional, personal and so friendly. Will goes out of his way to make sure my husband & I are comfortable. Our room is always clean, the public area is welcoming and there is always fresh coffee! We look forward to staying here.

Loud highway traffic noise
We chose to go out of our way to stay at a Country Inn & Suites because we have always been very satisfied in the past. It's great to have pretty pictures on the walls and an above average breakfast buffet, but the primary reason to stay at a hotel is to get a good night's sleep. The hotel clearly failed to provide it. The room has little or no sound proofing so we lay awake most of the night listening to highway traffic. Very disappointed.

Nothing, no breakfast, clogged bathroom sink, bathtub didn't hold water the mattresses were flatter than a pancake. To top it off you charged us 40 dollar fee for my service animal. Front desk lady could use a hospitality course.

Definitely Would Stay Here Again!
We just spent one night, but found the room clean & comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding in the morning! We were traveling with pets & were very pleased to find a pet exercise area right outside the back door, close to our room! So, our pets are are seniors, & very slow movers, so having that access to the pet area was perfect!!
