Good Hotel - pity about the noise.
Good hotel in a pleasant location, close to Brisbane Rover ferry service. We overlooked a main , two lane highway, which was very noisy, throughout the night. The room needed better sound insulation: ie double glazing.

Garden bar at the roof was a drawcard but had no access to it during our stay as advised by reception that it was closed until 9th Jan. On arrival in our room we found 2 single beds. Had to push them together. Room size and view was ok. Found a used teapot from a previous booking but when I presented it to reception I received no apology on behalf of housekeeping and told to take it to the barista bar at the other side of reception. Tempted to advise ' not my job' but bit my tongue. At no point in the following week did a clean teapot return to our room. Dishes were left unclean in our room when it was 'refreshed' with clean towels. Housekeeping was poor except for the lady delivering towels. Rest of the staff were helpful.

Nice Hotel! From the moment we arrived we greeted warmly. The room was a unique shape, clean and welcoming, perfect area for a couple of days away. Coffee, Dilmah tea, milk and complimentary bottled water are provided daily. Our room was very clean with nice thick towels. The bed was fantastic, we slept exceptionally well during our stay. Pool area was fantastic. The Rooftop bar wasn’t open during our stay, next time we stay we hope to experience this venue. Yes, we will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Beautiful view and ideally situated for easy access to ferry, walking trails, restaurants and sights. Staff were lovely, helpful and anticipated our needs. Even had a shower/change room when we arrived from our 15 hour flight to use before our room was ready. Exceptional value for money! Thank you! Will definitely stay there again if we are ever in Brisbane again.

Incredibly spacious room and with a great view from the 10th floor. Located minutes from the ferry stop at Docklands which has the free city hopper. The newly opened Kangaroo Point bridge is brilliant. This is about a 10 -15 minute walk and you are right at the botanic gardens. Centre isn’t too far from here. I didn’t hire a car and loved the ease of walking everywhere. Everything here is connected by boardwalks and bridges. I spent my early mornings or evenings walking around and taking in the views. The hotel is pleasant. Decent sized bathrooms. Iron and ironing board in the room. Quiet, couldn’t really hear other rooms which is nice. Blockout curtains.
