Great location and facilities
Secure building with modern rooms and equipped kitchenette and laundry. Little balcony to look out and get fresh air. Close to restaurants, supermarket, pub, cafes. South Brisbane train station an easy 7 minute walk, South Bank precinct and the River not far past the station. Easy to get across into the city either walking or the bus. Light sleepers might hear the trains early in the morning. The pool was nice for a dip but short to swim laps. Overall, a great place to stay.

Old and in need to repairs. Poor Value!
The premises are readily accessible but on a busy street. The rooms need a repair, amongst other things carpets are dirty and tattered. Poor value for money and would avoid in the future. The room was very small and overly cluttered with furniture. For the price there are far better hotel and apartment accommodations.

The 2 bedroom apartment was fine for our 3 night girls weekend. Would definitely be back. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the shower pressure was lacking a little but overall the place is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Nice large apartment. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Let us arrive early to ensure we had parking and as the room was ready we were given access at 11 am. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly as advertised. Had everything in it that you required for cooking sleeping relaxing. Very close walking distance to city mall and entertainment. Only thing that was not perfect was the view. Right on the train line but in saying this there was very little noise as the trains in that area travelled slowly. When the balcony door was closed noise was almost non existent. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again if visiting Brisbane city.

Great location and central to QPAC and all that South Bank has to offer all within walking distance. The railway runs on one side and two main roads run on two other sides of the motel, however as the rooms all have double glazing you would not know it. The rooms are quite (but then again, we were on the top floor). You may hear some noise if you were on one of the lower floors. Everything needed for a night's stay including kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc were available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Limited onsite parking is available, but it is free, no additional charges are made for parking which is a bonus.

Was provided no compensation after calling about only 1 key and fob to access property with 2 people staying which was very inconvenient. No soap in bathroom, dangerous power point in kitchen, kettle leaked and was quite dirty throughout.
