Carlo out front was excellent, and the concierge was delightful, both made our stay fun, we don’t do hotels very often but I do like Stamford, it’s not new, but the bed was excellent and staff lovely.

I had not stayed at the Stamford Paza for many years .... For many years it was my hotel of choice in Brisbane and I have hosted many functions there. This stay was totally undewhelming ... very disappointing. I thought the staff were poorly trained, the hotel offerings were poor. I would think you will be getting your backsides kicked by the other hotels in Brisbane. The place is clearly very poorly managed

A great location in the CBD but slightly off the main commercial track. Good for the botanical gardens and easy access to other key sites and CBD areas, as well as the river ferry service. Nice room with good bathroom and overall pleasant. A little worn in a few places, but minor.

No parking I had to drive around the block and up 4 storey the walk back to hotel. I don’t care where my car is parked I happy to pay and have the house arrange this. Far from 5 stars. Nothing in mini bar or even tea bags in room to be able to make a cup of tea. Came back from dinner just before 9.00 pm and was hoping to have a night cap in bar. Pav bar closed place was dead no night cap. Breakfast very ordinary no barista coffee only a push button coffee. Come on guys I have been coming to this hotel now for over 20 years when visiting Brisbane whole experience was sub par. We’ll be looking for some other hotel from now on. Such a shame as this was an outstanding hotel, to me management has turned it into a 3 star with a five star price tag.
