Our villa boasts brand-new furniture and is a perfect place to stay.
This house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can book an entire level for exclusive use of the private space. This house includes air conditioning and fan in every room, comfortable queen-sized beds , a study desk and bedside tables. It's just 500 meters from Plaza. Only 250 meters from bus stops for routes 444, 430, and 435, offering direct access to city.
The space
We offer a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three comfortable guest bedrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature in any season.

Our bedding is made from organic cotton, providing a soft and comfortable touch for your skin. The mattresses are medium-firm, and we offer both soft and firm pillows to ensure every guest enjoys a restful sleep.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for you and your family to enjoy the fun of cooking together. The spacious dining area is not only a place to enjoy delicious meals but also an ideal space for family gatherings and conversations.

Our laundry room is equipped with brand-new washing and drying machines and has direct access to the outdoor garden, making it easy for you to air-dry your clothes. The garden is lush and green, providing a relaxing retreat.

Our bed and breakfast is ideally located just 500 meters from the shopping center and only 11 kilometers from the city center. The house is situated on a gated street, ensuring a safe and private environment, making it a tranquil haven in the bustling city.

Two-night family of six stay
Quiet and secure location was handy for our visit. Plenty of room with four well-appointed bedrooms and main with ensuite very suitable for family of six (3 adults and 3 children). Main living area has ample space as well. Kitchen is equipped but could do with another pot and some baking and serving dishes. Grateful for the undercover garage which accommodated our two SUV's which was appreciated in the weather and for ease of unloading/loading car. Note, the driveway is quite steep and can be difficult to walk up/down in wet weather. There are also steps beside the driveway too. Communication with Jessy was excellent. She was very responsive to our requests for assistance. Alice lives downstairs and is available if needed. We would definitely stay again.
