For $130 a night, we thought this room was really great, newish bathroom - with toiletries if you wished, plenty of tea and coffee and milk and even cereal for breakfast- and biscuits and chocolates. Wow unheard of in these days! However, the outside night lights are VERY bright, and, on all night, they are more or less above the door and the pull-down blind did not stop the light from coming in. Other than that, we were very surprised at the quality of the room. We would go back

Small accommodation where is much room for improvement. Mattress was old. No hooks in bathroom. Small critters walk through as the door to the room doesn’t fit, shower head was to low. Bathroom door opened by itself. Spiders in room etc.

The room had what you needed for a night, but my room only had parking out under a gum tree and had flood water around it making it awkward to get in and load the car. 3 rooms don't have a parking spot undercover. The bathroom leaked badly through the vent. Our other room was ok.

Inside the unit is fantastic like any 4 or even 4 .5 star hotel unfortunately it’s still a1960s style motel in a industrial area of Brisbane it’s more suited to travelling work people all the units are in a quiet area of the complex which did set some security alarm’s ringing in my head for my car outside the unit and no additional door security. It is what it is

Staff very friendly. Restaurant was very good with food well prepared and plentiful. Our room was s little isolated with no direct parking access. I did ask for outside light to be attended to as darkness made access difficult. However at the end of our 7night stay this had not been rectified. Otherwise quite reasonable facilities for the cost. Perhaps a little more attention to detail!!

Got put in single room had to change as I was with my son needed two bed then got changed for a pizza we didn’t have they charged the wrong room
