Lovely room but dining options way below expectations. I am a ceoliac and unable to consume glutin yet there were no glutin-free options on your menus. Another point is (and this is a delicate matter) but your staff are almost exclusively foreigners whose ability to speak English is very limited. We found this most irritating.

The staff at the Rydges are exceptional. The hotel is bay far the cleanest hotel. The room was immaculate and well presented. Will certainly stay at this hotel and other Rydges again.

The website advised there are a 24 hour room service menu and when I contacted them I was advised there was not and they directed me to a convenience store across the road. Very disappointing

I spent hours trying to get in touch with the hotel team on the day of check-in. I was unable to reach them by phone or via the messaging portal. I ended up calling another Rydges property and asking them to relay a message to return my call, which still didn't work. This was incredibly disappointing.
