This is part of two storey house, own space, private entrance. Shared yard. Laundry is in the back yard, washing machine $5/per wash, drying on the rack in the yard. Sauna and spa is paid extra, booking is essential. 30% Discount for guests. I work at zen bodywork wellness clinic located in the building, so I am around if guests need to see me.
