Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, locations was awesome so close to everything. Apartment was nice and clean Unfortunately we had an issue with the aircon it was freezing and adjusting it warmer only made the room colder. The noise was excessive too I understand its in the heart of the Valley but I have stayed in other noisy party districts before and have never had this sort of noise we were on the 19th floor and could hear peoples conversations on the street that was with everything closed

I’ve been staying at Kooii for the last month and the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I’ve had difficult travel arrangements they have worked hard to accommodate my needs! The rooms are clean, very well kept, comfortable and well equipped. Best place I’ve stayed in a long time!
