It is located within easy access to Brisbane icons such as Mount Coot-Tha look out, Botanic gardens, Suncorp Stadium and Paddington/Rosalie boutique shopping and dinning.
This apartment is also ideally for remote working environment. Working desk can be set up at dinning area with window overlooking valley view or in the second bedroom. We provide free fast NBN internet wifi. Free street parking.
Air condition en-suite bed room with a queen bed and spacious bathroom (newly built). Another bedroom with double bed. Large main bathroom, spacious living area, full kitchen (oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge freezer and dishwasher - all brand new), dinning area (can be used as working area), deck over looking the Toowong Valley. Laundry is equipped with brand new washing machine and dryer.
This apartment is located downstairs of our Queenslander (built 1949 - fully renovated Nov 2021) where we live upstairs. Guests will have entire apartment with separate entry which is very private without being overlooked.

Property was great was a bit worried about parking the car on the street as very steep you could park at the top but sometimes hard to find a park close to house.

A gem on Birdwood
This beautiful apartment is a recent addition and renovation under this lovely Queenslander. As the house is at the crest of a hill you have views out over the lower neighbouring houses and the position stops a lot of street noise. Beautiful big rooms with comfy beds. Access is off Eton Street so if you order Uber Eats be sure to tell them. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car and plenty of nearby cafès. Definitely a gem of a place so close to the CBD.
