Property was in a great location close to everything..staff were fantastic and very accomodating...only one problem which isnt hotels issue the pub on the corner gets very noisy some nights...but wasnt a huge issue

The room was extremely hot we asked for a fan to be placed in the room, yes I understand we were facing west and the sun is directly on us but the air con should still cool us down. We stayed there approximately 6 months ago and the tv would not work so we got changed to another room. In the lift we spoke to a maintenance man who was replacing a tv in another room due to the same problem! When we stayed last time we were city view, we could hear some music from the pub downstairs however as we had a river view the music was that loud it kept us up most of the night!
