Staff were lovely . The next time we go we will take our pushbikes as we can catch the train and get off at Roma st as it’s just down the street as they said they can protect our bikes overnight for us . The location is great for the cbd as walking distance fantastic . even though just a basic room it was great and very clean and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend as the pricing was competitive to others near by .

The shower not working properly as the cold tap was hot and hot tap was cold.after a while the showe suddenly loses hot water and i havevto shower in cold water. The sheet was a bit dirty. Other wise it was a good hotel.

It is located in a very centred part of Brisbane so everything is relatively close by foot, the room was overall elder friendly, the view of the city from the room was very beautiful especially at night, and the reception staff was very helpful with directing us in the first few days we needed it.

Only complaint is thin walls - you can hear your neighbours conversations however not the street noise so that’s a trade off. The bed & pillows are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, close to amenities in the city - whether you’re staying on or using this hotel to transit to your next location.
