Hotel near Queen Street Mall so that's good but in bathroom there was only one tiny piece of soap for two people. No box of tissues and no luggage trolley or someone to help with bags.

Friendly Staff, Great Location - walkable to Queens St Mall, Southbank and the City CBD. Room was a little small but functional and great for sleeps when exploring Brisbane. Would recommend.

The location is fantastic and convenient for restaurants, city centre, river locations and the stadium. Rooms were 3 star but the bed was comfortable. Lifts worked well. Parking was not available in the hotel despite having booked 7 rooms and a request to reserve in advance. Ended up being a little inconvenient and expensive at $35 per day.

They didn't have a booking for me. After asking me to step aside so they could attend to other guests. Eventually found an email from Expedia showing my booking. I had to change rooms after the 2nd night. No apologies, not even a coffee voucher for the inconvenience. Wrong code for WiFi. Oh typo was all they said. No apologies. I wouldn't stay here again
