Low set family holiday house located in popular Bambara Street and only minutes walk to Deadmans and Cylinder Beaches as well as shops, public transport and the Straddie Hotel. Perfect for families with small children.

In 2017 "Bedella" had a full makeover including a new modern kichen, flooring and furniture and furnishings.The yard was also landscaped which includes designated off street parking.

The bathrooms were also renovated to the same high standard in 2019.

NBN has been installed so WIFI is available.

Features: 6 tastefully furnished bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queens, 4 Singles), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, screens, air conditioned living area, ceiling fans throughout, gas cooktop, 2 full size bathtub, microwave, dishwasher, front load washing machine, clothes dryer, Weber gas BBQ.

Bedella accommodates 12 people but to avoid overcrowding we allow 8 adults please

Great family home
Very large home with so much room to spread out and not be on each others toes. Everything was perfect, we would highly recommend. We had 4 x couple and 1 x baby.

Great Location
We really enjoyed this property for the indoor and outdoor space to spread out, its location, and its large kitchen and living space. The fenced-in yard was great for enjoying evening yard games or a morning coffee without worrying about escaping toddlers. The only drawback to the house was the air con. It was quite hot when we were there, and the only air con unit was in the living area, and it has an auto shut-off. There were no units in the bedrooms, so it made it quite hot to sleep, as the cool air didn’t reach the bedrooms well, and we kept having to turn the unit back on during the night to try and keep it cool. We tried to open the windows at night instead, but it didn’t quite get cool enough to make it comfortable. That said, there were fans in all the bedrooms. We would definitely consider renting again during cooler months.

Amazing House close to everything!
This property was breathtaking from the moment we arrived. Huge living area and bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms and a kitchen to die for! Super impressed with the house and a great location that is close to all beaches and shops if needed. Would definatly stay there again

Fantastic house in a great location.
The house has been well renovated and was very comfortable for our two families. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are in a very spacious single area, and the location was perfect for walking to Cylinder, Deadman's and Frenchman's beaches, aswell as the Gorge Walk. We will definitely look to see if this house is available next time we come to Straddie.

Amazing location, just around the corner from Point Lookout. Not too far from to Cylinder Beach. House has a great layout for multiple family to share accommodation. Two stunning bathrooms. We loved our stay here. If travel with 10 or more people again we definitely book Bedella again.

Super roomy family home in perfect location!
We had the best week at Straddie with our family (Mum, Dad & 5 teenagers) in this house! There’s so much space - huge living, kitchen and dining area, two large modern bathrooms and all 6 bedrooms a great size with wardrobes. Living areas are air conditioned, fans in rooms. Outdoor table and bbq area was breezy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and doing washing is great with large, modern washer and dryer. Situated about half way between the pub and the shops near the gorge walk, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We could easily walk to the pub, home beach, cylinder beach, deadman’s beach….pretty much anywhere on the coast in point lookout. Kangaroos on the front lawn, beautiful views from the end of the driveway and at either end of the street. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great family holiday house for 2 plus families
The layout of the house was so fantastic. We had our family at one end and my sister and her family at the other end. The bathrooms are so spacious and néw. The kitchen was generous and allowed all of us to share special family time together.
