This is an excellent property. If you are not from the area it would be helpful to know it is next to a very large entertainment/ nightclub The staff went well above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible

The room was Too Dark. The ligths made hardly a diffrence. Was charged Continental breakfast as well as A-la-carte breakfast. Talked to MIA about it and was told "too bad, cannot be changed." Very BAD Reception Service because of that. Overall other staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely modern hotel, room was well appointed and spacious. Walking distance to the pub hotel opposite accommodation. Staff were pleasant and helpful at both facilities. Food and entertainment were excellent. Would love to come back to see another show. Well done your doing a great job.

Beautiful gardens, great facilities but most of all extremely friendly staff, we enjoyed tea and coffee in the lounge area and had lovely chats with the staff. Hotel bistro was also awesome for meals. Great place to stay

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and the main reason for it is convenient for Work. The actual hotel for food is at best average. The menu hasn't changed the number of years and it said I've been a regular to this place for over the last 3 to 4 years. I stayed for five days this time and every day there was an issue at the bar with beer being too warm on tap. unusual issue for a hospitality site given they have a large hotel across the road it was it little bit frustrating to be honest.

Modern spacious rooms. I like the blockout curtains and large king size bed. Handy location to walk to shops and restaurants. 3 things could make this place even better: 1. Why do we need to provide physical ID/credit cards on check-in? I only carry my phone these days, so didn't have either. 2. I don't like how the quilt is tucked in under the mattress, when i pull it out it pulls the sheets out also, so then I have to go around the whole bed to tuck the sheets back in. 3. Why was the ground floor doors locked when I came back from dinner, so I had to walk down the steps and around to the front entry on LG? Allow guests to access the most convenient entry.
