Great property. Just need to fix the plumbing and address the carpet in the common areas. Inside the flat was spotless and well maintained.

Looks good but... more could be done for guests
The location of the property is very good. Easy access for bus and ferries.However our unit was facing Brunswick Rd and you could not use the balcony due to road noise. Secure undercover parking is good, although the car spaces are very tight. The unit could improve on these things: -provide dishwasher detergent, more than 1 dishwashing sachet- we stayed for 4 nights! - buy better quality cutlery and more plates etc - overall furniture quality was cheap - uncomfortable lounge and bed - laundry door was unhinged - small coffee plunger that was unusable due to damage to mesh. For the price we paid we would expect a coffee machine - stairs from carpark are a major concern if you have mobility issues or elderly - we did not receive our code for the lockbox until almost check in time - bathroom mirror needs replacing and some major concerns happening with shower wall and cracks in corners My husband and I felt we paid too much for our stay. We would not stay again. The unit looked great on face value but did not go that extra bit for guests to make them want to come back. -

Excellent location. Very comfortable apartment. Quiet, no traffic noise. Close to dining options. Walking distance to the Valley shopping and dining. Walking distance to the river. Excellent parking options ans very safe. Only downside was no lift, so stairs are provided for tou to access your apartments

Location was amazing, walking distance to so many cafes and dining options. Supermarkets are close by too. Only downside is that there is only stairs available to apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is nice, modern furnishings and a good location for exploring Brisbane. Compared to other self catering accomodation we have stayed at the provisions at Cirque were very basic (cutlery and crockery) they are really not set up for cooking etc. and only minimal supplies, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people - 3 nights. No handsoap, tissues, dishwashing liquid. The apartments are not really set-up for kids and better suited for travellers dining out etc
