Very nice apartment with easy access into the city. All the staff we came across during our stay were professional and friendly. We would stay here again when visiting Brisbane.

The shower noise from the apartment next door was crazy loud, sounded like an airplane taking off. We had to increase the volume on the TV each time.

The receptionists were very efficient and courteous. They have exceptional customer service. This property is my new favorite in Brisbane. I will definitely go back. They have a button for the taxis and the taxis come within five minutes. The rooms are clean and the King bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was my bed was not made when I went out. This property was incredible.

Great location, 50 metres to CityCat ferry. Very old apartment style but clean and spacious, shower over bathtub, needs a bar to assist getting in and out. Reception not too friendly, no eye contact or smiles or hello's. Cleaners excellent. Price is good value.

Slightly dated but in a great position across the road from the Brisbane River. Large room, beautifully comfortable bed and well stocked kitchenette…I would recommend this hotel and will stay again

Liked the location and the cheerful staff. Cute Queen Room, didn’t like the shower over the bath, felt it a bit dangerous for elderly people. Very comfortable bed., Good value accomodation.
