Great spacious apartment (2bed, 2bath) with a sunny patio (no view but great space). Very convenient location. Helpful reception and easy, safe parking (extra $25/night).

The air conditioning system was dirty and had mould growing in and needs a clean/service. Only 1 a/c unit in the main area and can't reach the bedroom or bathroom. A/c struggled to cool the whole unit down. Taps sit lose on the basin and are not fixed. Other than a couple of maintenance issues they need to fix the place was ok. The staff were great.

Property was in reasonable condition and the location was ok. The bathroom had not been cleaned fully tho (there was a massive clump of hair in the shower) and the back of the tv in the room as well as the remote had about a inch of dust on it.

Recommend this as a great hotel to stay
Great location, great property. The atrium was a little noisy but any bursts of noise didn't last long as it was generally people coming and going from the lifts. We didn't need to invoke the 'quiet' policy by calling the manager but I'm certain they would have addressed it promptly as it was quite obvious from all signage and notices that they took quiet living seriously.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Great pillows. Unfortunately when I arrived at about 10:30pm the door to my apartment was open. I was staying alone as a female and had a very scary walk through the apartment, checking where anyone could be hiding.

The property was dirty was not working and leaking. There was mould on multiple walls ceilings and in the curtains. Are the apartments are really noisy, The pub noise echoes through the apartment. People were throwing parties upstairs. Management didn’t seem to be bothered. advertised on multiple sites Two single beds and one queen bed but apparently they don’t offer any single beds within the complex.

The pros to this property was the location and size but unfortunately that’s where the pros stopped. The place was run down (dings, dints everywhere) dirty (skirting board were filthy, we had some dirty linen and there was food in the couch) and poorly furnished (it was like it had been furnished with the cheapest, most uncomfortable furniture). I wouldn’t choose to stay here in the future.
