Designed with an open-plan living room and bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The luxurious double bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The studio also has a comfortable sofa bed and an air mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the studio is always professionally cleaned.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Brighton is famous for its stunning seaside, soaring observation tower, and iconic Palace Pier. It is known throughout the United Kingdom for its open-minded community, bohemian atmosphere, and eco-friendly spirit. And not to forget Brighton and Hove Albion F.C. and the South Downs.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Brighton and Preston Park train stations are nearby the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
