Tucked away in a quiet court in town, it is like a little well kept secret that you will be delighted by. Cosy and quaint and it feels like home the moment you open the door & perfect for those who are on a budget.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen - compact and oh so cute! You step down onto the original slate floor and can then gaze out into the amazing undercover outside patio area. The kitchen has everything you need including electric cooking, microwave & fridge – but no dishwasher, so make sure you bring the kids! Dining area will provide you with all your basic needs and includes dining seating for 6.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge features a reverse cycle AC and plenty of comfortable seating suitable for 6 people. There is a smart TV, there is a Google Chromecast device attached to the TV. This device plugs into the HDMI cable on the TV and allows you to use the streaming services. Instructions on use are at the property. As an added bonus, for those who are nostalgic, there is a Nintendo 64 available too.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a reverse cycle AC in the lounge, a ceiling fan in one QS bedroom, panel heater in the dining area and panel heaters for two of the bedrooms.

BATHROOM
The compact main bathroom features a shower over the bath and vanity with a toilet. There is also another separate toilet in the room off the laundry.

OUTDOORS
A generous undercover entertainment area, set in rambling cottage gardens with established mature trees, this really is a great place for families to kick back and relax.

LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron in the laundry for your convenience.

PARKING
Under cover carport parking is provided for one car with room for more in the driveway. There is an open storage area where you can hang and wash your bikes - complete with bike racks, a hose and a bike pump. *Please note this area is not lockable.

All you need - MTB friendly
We arrived for a MTB weekend - house was clean , and comfortable , shower if the fantastic original type shower head and water nice and warm . Kitchen is small but all we needed. Perhaps could have coffee capsule machine , otherwise all was great. Back yard has superb little fire pit area , with hose and bine hooks under cover - they’d left pump available - didn’t need it but sentiment was great Heaters work to well :) but you have control of that :) Great for our four people - thanks vendors / hosts

Had a lovely stay (too short) at Whychesbrook Cottage. The cottage was clean, close to the centre of town but in a very quiet area and had everything we needed. We would be happy to come back and stay there again.

Perfectly suited our needs. Our 2 pups had an enclosed yard with room to runaround. The Cottage was just like being at home with all we could have asked for. Clean, warm, comfortable and inviting. Not over the top price wise and close to the town centre we enjoyed our stay so much we increased the stay by an extra night. Dealing with the Agent was easy and stress free. Would absolutely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great quiet location and central to Bright. We walked into town for coffee and the beautiful Canyons walk. The beds are super comfortable. A big thank you to the cleaners for this house as it’s lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We’ll be back. Would love to bring our bikes next time.
