We were extremely satisfied with our hotel room, large, clean and comfortable. The casino was clean and had a great selection of slot machines to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying there again.

Not ideal for a business trip
I didn’t like that I had to wait in line and show my ID in order to access the dining options because they were in the casino section. My room also had a fly problem and the shower had only scalding hot water on my first day. To be fair they fixed the water issue within an hour. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was recommended by a colleague for my work trip but I didn’t care about the casino so I would make a different choice in the future.

Bloodborne pathogens on sheet.
Woke up to bloodborne pathogens / bodily fluids stains the size of eisenhower and half dollar sizes on the lower sheet left from previous guests, not from me. Clear indication sheets and pillows are not changed between guests. Complained and sheets were poorly cleaned with wrinkles and bed poorly made. No more casino overnight stays for me; anywhere.

Ive stayed at hotels all lver and in different countries. I've never had a hotel tell me they would charge me an additional fee to check in just two hours earlier than the check in time. The staff was also on the rude side and could care less that i had been awake for over 20 hours.
