It was an exceptionally large room in the queen suite. The blackout shades were top notch allowing for a late sleepin!!! Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast options which included Apple French toast

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel as the road conditions became difficult for us to see as it was night, hard rain with no visibility and fog. We had to cancel as we felt it was unsafe to travel through the WV mountains in that condition with our your children in tow. We emailed the hotel to see if we could get a refund or a credit or at least let them know they can give up our room, and they never had the decency to reply.

Decent place, clean. Shower head kinda wimpy. Workers in hallway near laundry are very chatty and a little too loud at 6 am . Breakfast looked great. I was doing family functions.

Our stay was wonderful. Only downside was seeing a weird bug in the bathroom. It was not a bed bug or a roach. Maybe a silverfish? The pillows smelled a little bit and the carpet was coming up in parts of the room. But overall the hotel was very clean.

Easy to find & check in. Clean room. Perfect for our overnight travel stop. I don’t usually let the kids use hotel pools when traveling as they can be a bit sketch but this one made the cut! They got to swim for over an hr after a long day on the road. Breakfast was good and the car was safe overnight. Met our needs! Thanks

Overall, my stay was positive. However, the hot tub was not open Saturday afternoon. This was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
