Mountain Retreat Close the Slopes

This beautiful studio has been fully updated from top to bottom and designed with careful attention to detail and modern accents.  It is conveniently located right across from the clubhouse and the Apple Annie's general store.

This light and airy single-bedroom, one-bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests.  It features one queen size bed, a queen size pull out sofa,  and two custom made twin bunk beds. 

The kitchen is fully upgraded with modern cabinetry, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, range,  an all in one washer/dryer,  and combination electric oven and stove as well as stone countertops and a seating area for two.  You will love this kitchen that is fully equipped with all you need for staying in and cooking your own meals.

The newly remodeled bathroom features a combination bath tub/shower, upgraded custom lighting, stone countertops and backsplash along with all the amenities needed to make your stay more comfortable.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and futon, with a 43" smart TV and a Netflix account available to all guests, an upgraded gorgeous wood burning fireplace, upgraded custom lighting, and extra blankets. 

Absolutely No Pets Allowed--The building HOA on-site staff strictly enforce this policy.  If they see a pet you will be fined $500.  No Exceptions.

In the event of a lost clubhouse key, a replacement fee of $75 will be charged to the guest.

Last Chance for Summer Fun:
Brian Head is open for summer activities through September 29, with lift services running until then and base activities available until September 15. Make the most of these final days before the snow arrives!

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

This apartment offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
