The apartment "türkis" (34 m²) is on the 1st floor. There is a bedroom closed by a sliding door, with a 140 wide double bed and above it a 140 wide loft bed, which is accessible via a wooden staircase. In the living room there is a sofa bed on which two more people can sleep. A kitchenette with an oven, stove, fridge etc. is also available. Our house is within walking distance of the main train station and the city center.
The apartment is located in a beautiful listed building in a great central location. The city center with its sights can be reached in 5 minutes, on the way there is also the nearest S-Bahn stop (bowl basket). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main station.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Bremen Christmas Market. A kitchenette and a sofa bed are available in the apartment.

Sauber, zentral, ästhetisch, gute Qualität, oroginell
Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber, hübsch und praktisch. Ideal in einer ruhigen Strasse, nahe am Bahnhof (10min zu Fuss), nahe an der Altstadt und direkt beim Stadtgraben. Wir waren zu zweit und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Badezimmer ist sehr neu renoviert und auch die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, um kleine Mahlzeiten zu Kochen. Geschirr und Pfannen waren auch sauber. Due Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles perfekt, wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung
Ich war 4 Nächte in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnungen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Außerdem ist die Lage wirklich toll, man kann alles zu Fuß oder über die nahegelegenen Straßenbahnstationen erreichen.

Unbewohnbare Wohnung aufgrund von Hartwachsöl-Ausdünstungen
Ca. 20 Minuten vor der möglichen Check-In Zeit wurden wir von der Vermieterin darüber informiert, dass sie den Holzfußboden der Wohnung vor Kurzem geölt hatte. Auf Nachfrage sagte sie uns, dass dies vor 4 Tagen geschehen sei und teilte uns auch den Namen des Hartwachs-Öls mit. Dieses enthält Lösungsmittel und eine kurze Internet-Recherche ergab, dass das Öl bei Öko-Test eine schlechte Bewertung erhalten hat. Auf dem Produktinformationszettel ist zudem angegeben, dass das Öl erst nach vollständiger Trocknung geruchslos ist, vorher verflüchtigen sich noch die im Öl enthaltenen gesundheitsgefährdenden Lösungsmittel. Dieser Durchhärtungsprozess kann bis zu zwei Wochen dauern. Auf diese Punkte angesprochen zeigte die Vermieterin keinerlei Einsicht und beharrtet auf Ihrem Standpunkt dass das Öl bereits getrocknet sei. Wir mussten dann kurzfristig eine andere Ferienwohnung beziehen da wir unsere kleinen Kinder in dem Gestank nicht schlafen lassen wollten. Auf die Forderung, uns die Mietkosten vollständig zurückzuzahlen, ließ sich die Vermieterin auch nicht ein und erstattete uns lediglich 100 von mehr als 400 Euro. Der Kundenservice von fewo direkt untersützte uns leider auch nicht ausreichend. Man muss noch dazu sagen, dass der Geruch bereits im Treppenhaus zu erkennen war, in der Wohnung stank es dann sehr stark. Dies wurde auch nach mehrstündigen kontinuierlichen Lüften nicht besser. Ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt. Wir hatten kurzzeitig überlegt, auch rechtliche Schritte gegen die Vermieterin einzulegen. Niemals buchen!

Historisches Gebäude individuell und modern belebt
Wohlfühlen in einem historischen Gebäude nahe des Stadtkerns und der vielen Bremer Besonderheiten. Unser Appartement war individuell und sehr gemütlich. Check out um 10:00 war nicht in Stein gemeißelt. Wir haben uns hier sowie überhaupt in Bremen jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.
