The room we had was beautiful. The downfall was our bedroom wall shared the wall with the entrance and exit of people coming and going, so all you heard was thumping all day long and all night long and it made it hard to sleep. Could hear the people walking above us, if your room is in the bottom, which we were you hear everything above you. When we complained to management about it all they said was sorry. On top of that make sure you check your bill. They charged us twice from the bar for a hot chocolate that we did not purchase so apparently anyone can walk up and give your room number without it being verified and charge stuff to your room.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the guest relations when we arrived, to the lovely room, and the amazing pool and hot tubs, I was blown away by how great of a stay we had. We will definitely be back to stay here anytime we are in the area.
